Alimony – this is a payment of money that one spouse pays to the other spouse, the ex. This is also called court ordered support, maintenance support and alimony support as well as spousal support.

 

 

Because every province and territory, as well as the federal govt. have their own set laws and regulations in family court about alimony it is important that you never agree to anything that your lawyer does not know about.
